kind messages

Kind words, private and safe.

Kind Messages are supportive anonymous messages. They are meant to help someone feel less alone for a moment, not to create social pressure or a public identity.

Not mental health support. Kind Messages are not therapy, crisis support, emergency care, or a replacement for professional help.

how it works

Send care. Answer gently.

Write something you carry, or sit with a note from someone else and answer with a kind reply. The experience is intentionally anonymous: no names, no public profiles, no pressure to perform.

We care about you.

Moderated messages, kind and anonymous.

Moderated before sharing

Luvia checks messages for unsafe content before they enter the anonymous pool.

boundaries

A smaller, safer kind of anonymous.

No names or contact details

Do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, links, or requests to move the conversation elsewhere.

No threats or harassment

Bad behavior is not allowed in Luvia. Messages with threats, abuse, hate, harassment, sexual content, spam, or instructions for harm do not belong here.

Limited service processing

Kind Messages may use limited message content and safety metadata so the feature can work and abuse can be prevented.

Designed for people 17+

Kind Messages are intended for people who are 17 or older, with safety checks and deletion controls available from settings.

important notice

Kindness is not crisis care.

If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately. Anonymous messages can offer gentle encouragement, but they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency help.
