Privacy Policy
Last updated May 14, 2026
Luvia is designed as a private reflection space. This policy explains what stays on your device, what may be sent to Luvia services, and the choices you have.
What stays on your device
Your journal entries, gratitude notes, mood logs, breathe sessions, and local settings are stored on your device. Luvia does not upload these private reflections to a personal cloud account.
Kind Messages
Kind Messages are anonymous exchanges. When you send, answer, report, or delete kind message data, limited message content and safety metadata may be processed by Luvia services so the feature can work and abuse can be prevented.
Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Apple is used for kind message abuse prevention. Luvia does not request your name or email address, and your Apple identifier is stored only as needed to protect the service.
Safety checks
Luvia may run local and server-side checks to detect threats, harassment, sexual content, contact details, spam, or other unsafe content before a kind message is shared.
Backups and deletion
Device backups can include your journal, gratitudes, moods, and breathe sessions when you choose to export them. Kind Messages are excluded from backups. You can delete local kind message history from settings, and Luvia will request deletion of related server-side data where available.
What we do not do
Luvia does not sell your personal data. Luvia does not use your private journal, mood, gratitude, or breathe content for advertising.
